Rich brings a diverse world of architectural and construction experiences to his position at ADA. His early career background included international study of architectural history in Italy, Belgium, France and England, and volunteer construction of a medical clinic and community center in Mexico City. Rich also gained hands-on knowledge of building methods during three years in commercial and residential construction in Nebraska. He has over ten years of professional experience, during which time he demonstrated excellent client management, customer service orientation, and presentation skills on a wide variety of projects. His general responsibilities at ADA include schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for architectural projects. In addition, he assists in the coordination of consultant documents, code conformance, and specifications, and prepares sketches, plans, study models, elevations and 3-D renderings.
